Braddan residents can join the Henry Bloom Noble Library in Douglas free of charge as membership is covered by the rates. All you have to do is provide proof that you live in Braddan. You can search, reserve and renew books online as well as download ebooks. For more information please see the library website.

The mobile library offer a specialist service that travels around the Island bringing books and so much more to your area. Their Home Service provides direct-to-the-door delivery for anyone unable to visit a local library and their computer catalogue allows you to browse a vast collection of over 30,000 items.
